Happy with service an shipping.The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the lug nuts sent with rims they didn't match rims. Also the threads stripped when setting torque spec had to use my old ones

Tires were delivered as promised on time. Condition of tires were perfect and having them installed today. Have purchased our last 5 sets of tires from Tire Tack. TireRack helped me pick out the right tires for my LandRover using the chat feature on the website--couldn't have been simpler or more effective. Tires arrived promptly, for the right price. Totally satisfied. Setting up local install was easy, however, the service center told me no specifics about my vehicle or tires translated into their system from the TireRack setup feature. This is not necessarily a TireRack hiccup, but buyers may want to call the service company to follow up with details. For me, end result was being charged nearly twice the install estimate of $80. For my vehicle that's a relatively fair price so it worked out in the end and I am completely satisfied. This is my second TireRack purchase. TR is two for two. Am altogether appreciative.

Easy claims process for my tire replacement and super user-friendly in terms of getting the tire installed! Please consider revisiting your hours with Pep Boys, though. I booked a 7:30 AM appointment but their hours began at 8 AM. Some consistency would be appreciated.
