Easy claims process for my tire replacement and super user-friendly in terms of getting the tire installed! Please consider revisiting your hours with Pep Boys, though. I booked a 7:30 AM appointment but their hours began at 8 AM. Some consistency would be appreciated.

As *almost* always, TireRack has had the tire I needed in stock in South Bend IN and immediately ready to ship to southern Illinois. Had the tire been delivered from Earth City to my home in Fairiew Heights just two hours earlier in the day, I could have sent it along with the car to the Tesla dealership 35 miles away. As it turned out, I was able to get a friend to drive me the 35 miles to deliver the tire. We got there at 4pm and Service assured me they would be able to change out the failed tire with the new by 5pm, which they did.

Ample selection, great metrics for comparison, and happy with realistic delivery estimates.

The desired tires were in stock and shipped immediately. However the UPS shipping route from Sparks, NV to the central coast of CA took a detour to LA. Also, one pair of tires were fresh, but the other 2 were nearly 2 years old.

Very pleased with the product and the quick delivery time.
