My installer set me up for a noon appointment. On got there on time but they did not even get my car on the rack for another hour and a half. Took almost 3 hours total.
Nice and easy, until UPS delivered to the wrong address. Had to call tirerack and file a claim. Ups redelivered 2 days later

Couldn't find these size tires here on island at a reasonable price. Waited almost 3 months on an order from Sam's club that never arrived. A friend told me go to tirerack.com. I compared same tire with others on island if it were in stock. Even with shipping it still came out less expensive! Will DEFINITELY buy again and will recommend to anyone looking for tires!
