The process from start to finish was extremely easy

Overall, solid first time experience. I could not find the tires I wanted at any other tire place local to me so I used tirerack.com. Price was in line with any local tire place, even with the install price from the tirerack.com install partner. Only issue was the delivery happened 1.5 days later than expected which forced me to move install to less convenient time, and pushed me up to the last day before my roadtrip. I understand the delivery could be the delivery company, BUT tirerack.com should probably add a day to their expected delivery to let customers better plan. If they arrive early no problem, the original appt with the installer would still work.

Tires were delivered promptly from TireRack.com and installed quickly at Mr. Tire.

I needed a tire quickly. Tire Rack had a matching tire and the price was by far the lowest I found. They shipped it quickly to a nearby shop and I was incredibly happy.
