Not only was the help I received via Monty (x4637) great. The installation tech was the most professional car guy I've ever dealt with, named Salvador Gonzales. Not only was he extremely professional, he went above and beyond helping me get one of my old tires onto a spare rim in the trunk of my car. And all with a smile.

I ordered tires through their retail site that were needed for an RV that was leaving on an out of state trip. I placed order and it was scheduled for the next day. I was waiting on delivery and they never came, went and looked at my email and they had sent me an email at 11am the next day stating that order was not sent out because the phone number used was for an old commercial account from 10 years ago that is inactive. So instead of someone picking up the phone and calling to see if we wanted them sent out they instead send an email the next day and unfortunately the trip had to be cancelled and I lost a very good customer over it. I eventually received the tires after calling and speaking with customer service and was told that because the system is phone number driven that is why it happened, which I understand. My issue is with the lack of customer service in not alerting us by phone and making sure the order would go out on time.
