The site was very intuitive and it was very easy to select, compare, and research tires for my car, and to purchase as a guest. My credit card was declined the first two times due to a payment posting timeframe, but once it did a ship eta was provided. The ship company's ("ontrac") site was the source of my frustration. Their link stated arriving by 1530, their site and csr stated by 1700, and their courier who attempted delivery at 1736 on day 1 (i was gone after 1600 when i thought it was by 1530 after waiting all day) and 1727 on day 2 after waiting all day again. You don't need to sign for your packages, someone just needs to be home whenever they feel like showing up eventually. You don't pay for shipping at least, and you do get what you pay for

Gives the buyer the opportunity to look at the various categories and focus on those that are important. Delivery was spotty. I ordered 4 new tires. One was delivered on Tuesday, two were delivered on Thursday and the fourth was delivered on Friday.?
