You service was excellence. I ordered a replacement tire and I has not ordered the correct tire. I has previously ordered 4 tires for the same car. A person from Tire Rack called me to ask if I was ordering the same tire i has ordered previously. I said yes and he corrected my order because I had ordered the wrong tire. That is Customer Service and I truly appreciated the call. Thank you.
Had an issue with the site accepting my credit card. Was sent shipping information then there was some delay in shipping. Tires if delivered when they were supposed to have been would have been put in the garage right away as someone was home. The day the tires were delivered they were left outside in the rain because nobody was home.
Card declined 2 times, but went through fine on the 3rd attempt.
Absolutely the best tire shopping and purchase process I have ever experienced. Delivery was unbelievable. Order was delivered next day after ordering. Installation revealed the tires were easily installed and balanced. Very happy with entire process.

Did alot of reasearch across other sources across the web. Bought a set of Pirelli p zero a/s. Some of the reviews weren't good probably due to they don't do as well in the snow as the others in this class. I don't drive this car in the snow and would only be used unless absolutely necessary. The on. Rack review on the tires was spot on. I only wish they had decibel rating system to compare each tire.
