Real smooth and simple process. Tons of tires to choose from and the price was right.

I was buying windshield wipers from Tire Rack for years, same model. This time it was not there! I found my wipers though other website available from Tire Rack.

My purchase experience was great and I choose a local installer that was a preferred provider with ease.

I was able to book the install over the phone for Tuesday afternoon@ 3:30, but when I got there they told my it was on their books for Wednesday@4. I was frustrated, but came back Wednesday@ 4. When I got there Wednesday 10 minutes early the installer took my keys and by 4:15 I could see my car on the lift. Then I started to wait and wait and wait. The shop closed at 6pm, and at 6:15 my car was still up on the lift with no tires. They came out an told me not to worry the tech was still there and would finish my car before he went home. At 6:45 they had my car down and gave me my keys back.

The recommended location was convenient in location but seemed very dysfunctional.
