Good service - ordered tires, hired installer all done in my own driveway!

Hit a piece of debris on the highway on a Sunday afternoon. I was in need of all new tires anyways so I ordered a set at 4:45 that day from tire rack. To my surprise, they were delivered to my mechanic before noon on the next day. Had them on my truck before I left work.

Very good pricing and very good website. Ease of using the site is a major reason I choose Tire Rack. I find most Tire Stores to be dishonest in how they treat the customer... I will not let such stores touch my vehicle but I will allow them to mount the tires on wheels I bring them.

Short and sweet. I was able to shop many brands and pick what I wanted. They were delivered in about 22 hours I have bought a lot of tires and never was this happy.

This is the second time I've used Tire Rack to buy tires for the same vehicle (which it's tires must be an odd size to keep on hand because no local shops seem to stock them)? Website is easy to navigate, can shop by vehicle or size of tire, I knew what I needed, however seemed like there was help available (which I wouldn't have hesitated to ask if I needed to), I had my local Costco mount them. Most impressed with how quickly the tires arrived (two days both times)!

Everything worked great, except for the online scheduling appointment feature. I could never get that to work.
