Tireracks website is very easy to navigate and find the tires/wheels your looking for! From being able to see a demo of any wheels on your own car & being able to see honest reviews on their items, they surely earned me return customer of theirs. The incredibly fast free shippin, they provide, blows my mind sometimes! One day delivery on a whole 4 set of wheels! Came so early during the day, that it was already on my doorstep by the time i woke up!

The website stock vs what actually in stock may vary beware. It's best to get on chat prior to order to make sure they are in stock before placing order or you will have to wait on cancelation to reflect on CC. I had to wait 24hrs for credit back then verified over chat a different tire was in stock. Then Tire Rack shined. Shipping was fast fast. Received quickly good price, good product, great communication.

My purchase experience was great and I choose a local installer that was a preferred provider with ease.

I was able to book the install over the phone for Tuesday afternoon@ 3:30, but when I got there they told my it was on their books for Wednesday@4. I was frustrated, but came back Wednesday@ 4. When I got there Wednesday 10 minutes early the installer took my keys and by 4:15 I could see my car on the lift. Then I started to wait and wait and wait. The shop closed at 6pm, and at 6:15 my car was still up on the lift with no tires. They came out an told me not to worry the tech was still there and would finish my car before he went home. At 6:45 they had my car down and gave me my keys back.

The recommended location was convenient in location but seemed very dysfunctional.
