My only complaint would be that the wheels I received had a much larger offset than the stock wheels. I would have liked to have a warning about the larger offset.

Bought 4 Weather Ready tires after waiting for discounts, rebates, etc. Tires arrived in 1.5 days via UPS. Forms, receipts, etc. were timely, however I called Cust Svc to get a receipt earlier to file a claim for Goodyear rebates after talking to a very helpful Goodyear guy. All-in-all, no problems, no delays. Very good coordination.

Getting tires of the appropriate size for my vehicle was easy, as well as rims. I like that they inflated and balanced the tires before shipping them out. I have yet to install the tires and test them, but things look great so far.
