First time with Tire Rack. Very impressed with on -time delivery and the status update notice of the delivery. The status update notice is really helpful. Unlike most delivery service where I have to keep track myself (by tracing the track number), Tire Rack keeps me informed, by email in my case, so that i do not have to take any action on my part to check if the product has arrived at the destination of my choice. Great system.

Also, appreciate the ratings of installer shops that cooperate with Tire Rack, even product competitors. I had my Michelins installed at a Firestone/Bridgestone shop. No hassle, and competitent service.
