Easy and simple tires ordering and tires information

Longer wait times on phone but able to get help online. However, every agent I spoke with was knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. Katrina went above and beyond to track my package, which had a UPS delay, and notify me so I knew the tires arrived to the provider. While there was a delay it did not cause me to miss my appointment with the service provider.

I could not delete my old shipping address. I no longer live there.My old phone number is still in your system and is useless for connecting with me. I could not remove any of these previous entries. The payment services were messed up thanks to your companies credit card processing I had to contact my card holder, and was assured my card was active. The problem was your company had my old payment information and wouldn't accept my new updated entry with all the correct information. Thus after several emails a three phone calls someone eventually answered my phone calls. I wasted almost an hour trying to complete my purchase. And never once did someone from your company return a reply to any of my emails. It was really quite screwed up and a terrible experience as a repeat customer. I think this will be my last purchase through Tire Rack.

Everything was easy except choosing the prefered installer. My first choice would not work and ended up going with my second choice. In the end though, the second installer was great.

My experience was excellent ordering tires from TireRack.

Well i had to try a second time as i wanted the tire shipped directly to me not too some Camel jockey installer 150 miles away.! That processw slowed me up for a bit until I checked the correct box 10-4 over and out rabbit.
