The ordering process was hassle-free. The tires were delivered to the installer next-day. The installer couldn't have been more courteous and professional. My only "complaint" is the link to the installer on TireRack's webpage incorrectly listed the hours of operation, as well as the availability of appointments. The appointment feature was a factor in my selection of the installer when I ordered the tires, since I'm not a big fan of hanging around waiting rooms for longer than is necessary.

I ordered my four tires on Thursday afternoon. They arrived in Southern Florida Friday morning and by 4: oo pm Friday they had been installed on my SUV. Unbelievable service and an overall great experience. The price was right also.

Super experience. I was able to find, name, style and size for one Cooper tire for my son's truck. It was a specific style of white wall facing out that must match the other three. I found it and was happy. Came quickly and without issue.

This is my third order from Tire Rack in total. I knew basically which winter tires I wanted but was having a hard time deciding on which wheels I wanted to swap over for my all-seasons, keeping the OE wheels for the winter tires (2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT, shares wheels with 4 other trims, wanted mine to stand out a bit). Purchase process was easy and TireRack was very good about letting me know about delays by UPS and better yet WHY part of my order was delayed.
