I was hoping to use PayPal, but as I will pick them up from a distribution center I will need to use my CC. Understandable, but partially disappointed. Order was placed on Internet at 2am. Tires were ready to pick up 5 hours later!

There are lots of options and detailed rating info for a variety of vehicles. They have reports where Tire Rack tested the tires in real world conditions to give comparisons among different tires. They can easily narrow down the best choices for you.

Good options and pricing. Good value for the money; excellent installation by local vendor.

Great! - I have a hard to find tire. I was told that it would be unlikely if TireRack didn't have them. Sure enough, they had multiple options in stock and I can get them delivered and installed to a dealer nearby. I'm new in the area so I didn't know dealers either, so this made it very helpful! Only 4 stars, due to technical issues on the "scheduling appointment" feature - it just kept timing out, but I called the store directly. So not a big deal.

The customer service agent was very helpful. The shipment was delivered promptly and on time. Appreciate the support.

Name brands affordable and stocked, delivery was also very quick with product arriving in well condition. I only wish they came in boxes to detour from wondering eyes or the ability to request drop off instructions

Finding the tires was easy, but the website wouldn't let me choose steel rims for all-season tires, only if I selected snow tires would steel wheels appear as on option. Eventually a Customer Service agent (Todd) reached out to me and he helped me revise my order. I received the tires & rims within two days, and they were packed well: each tire was sandwiched between cardboard secured by plastic straps.

Easy, good prices. No reason to shop elsewhere. Helpful and easy to use customer service.
