I liked the customer service, the delivery was quicker than anticipated, i didn't like how they shipped separately but still happy with delivery time. The price was fairly reasonable and most other websites didn't offer them in the size i wanted. So far everything seems great about tire rack, but we will have to see how the wheels hold up later on. That will be the real way to see if its worth buying from tire rack.
