I've been purchasing tires and using your website for years. It is very easy to use, intuitive and fast. Tires were delivered fast and even had a live person reach out to ask a few questions prior to having the tires sent out to make sure that it's all correct.

Couldn't be happier. Even accidentally provided the wrong cc number (working from memory as I did not have my card on me at the time- not good for an old guy). Tire Rack got back to me and we squared it away by 2 PM- STILL got the tires next day.

I was able to use a variety of shopping tools provided by TireRack.com. A couple of the valves were loose and leaking in the valve stems. Everything else was perfect. The wheels were awesome.

It had been a while since placing an order for tires to fit my 2004 Miata. The website is intuitive and the order went smoothly.

I have used your company once before and actually had the tires sent directly to a local tire shop. The whole process was very smooth and working with the tire shop was effortless.

Overall a great experience, representative also reached out to confirm order before shipping. Next time I would just have TireRack balance, mount and add TPMS before shipping.

Easy to order and compare tires from all manufacturers

Original order was delivered as promised, in an efficient manner. Now ordering another tire, and it's just as easy as I remember. Site is FULL of information and easy to navigate; and help is always available. Unless you were offering free tires, there's nothing else that can be asked or expected!
