I had my tires shipped to my local mechanic. Tire Rack was able to deliver on time and even send me an email confirming the delivery. The price was unbeatable by many local dealers in my area.

Tires were delivered as promised. But they were delivered to a shop that could not install them. I had to go pick the tires up and take them to a shop that could mount the tires. Very inconvenient and the listed installers should be able to perform scheduled tasks.

Payment option did not work correctly, had to put information in twice in order to have system recognize my GY credit card.

I saw the annoying ads on television and youtube. I had to check it out. It was true. Free Shipping. Simple, Quick, and easy. Tires were cheaper than the competitors and other online retailers. And free 2-day shipping.

Easy to use, just wish things were less expensive. But you can't cheap out on rims!

I am a return customer, love the service and prices here, but the driver left my tires on my driveway full of remodeling trash without ringing the bell or anything, garbage haulers could have picked that up also.

There were a lot of useful articles on the site to help me learn about R-compound tires. They helped me decide on the type, and I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived.

I thought the ordering process was fairly easy. Enter at least 50 characters. 50 characters is what I need to enter.

I really enjoy the flexibility of the website and how you can choose the method of sort. I also like the compare function and the reviews. I do think there should be a minimum number of miles that have to be driven before someone posts a review. Letting someone post after 50 miles is ridiculous.

The site jumps around a lot when placing one item into cart and then going back to look for other choices, but overall is easy to select what you are looking for with the categories available.

Reviews, comparisons, and data on the web site were excellent. The many selections to sort the tires by helped me narrow my search quickly. Delivery time was excellent, the tires arrived at my mechanic's in a couple of days from purchasing.
