Easy to order tires. I'm trying a new tire company this time. Sumitomo tire Company. This Company got got reviews on your site. Purchased Pirelli tires from Tire Rack four years ago. They were not available at this time so I went with Sumitomo this time. Waiting to have them mounted and balanced on Monday November 8th. I hope I made a good choice. Good tires. But after tiring of waiting for well over 1/2 hour on the phone, I decided to take the offered option of sending an email. All I ever received was the automated reply telling me someone would answer in a couple days. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard..
