Fantastic - had an issue in traffic involving a lightpost someone else hit - adios front wheels! Bought a wheel and tire combo package on a Wednesday at lunch time - They were built, packed and shipped the same day and delivered THE NEXT DAY via UPS. Wow!

Tire Rack has more quality data and professional asssistance than anyone. It's not even close. I got all the information I needed to make the best choice for my needs. They did drop the ball once with an unreturned email from a product specialist. But in the probably now double digit times I've used them, that's it. And I just hopped online and got the information I needed from a chat session.

Getting the tires I need! Prices went up unfortunately though.

Everything was fine except they dropped the delivery off 2/3 of the way down my drive way in front of two neighbors homes. I meant to order the gray wheels but somehow accidentally ordered the black ones. Didn't want to risk returning them because i don't have time to play hid and seek with the delivery location.

Super easy! AND fast! Delivered ahead of schedule! That's a win in my book.

The tire rack side of this was seamless. The install with Firestone had glitches
But after a second trip back it was pretty much corrected

Fine, but I wish they would not have waited time confirming that I indeed order the right tires. It delayed them releasing tires for shipment, causing them to be delayed, causing me to miss my appointment getting them put on.
