Pretty straightforward. Choose tires. Have them shipped free to either your home or local installer of choice.

Easy order and great price, but UPS sent my tires to another state, adding days to my timeline. Then the local installer (NTB) couldn't schedule the install sooner than 3 days out. Overall, it took about 3-5 days longer than the last time I used Tire Rack.

Easy peasy for the most part; delivery seemed to keep being delayed, and vague as to where it was in the process. It did arrive, but days after the initial expected date.

I had my four tires delivered to an installer and I do not know if they were plastic wrapped or not, but the tires looked like they had been exposed to road salt or some other white powder. I have purchased tires from Tire Rack in the past and they arrived pretty well wrapped in plastic. Installer said they would not clean them.

It was fine. I had a couple questions that were answered in Chat, in about two minutes.
