Very easy. There were many people there but the wait was not that long.

The Tire Rack online shopping experience was good. I just wish tire rack offered a Strut Kit that is specifically designed to work with lowering springs, (especially Honda, since it is a very popular make). Currently the only option listed is the KYB factory strut option, which is only a factory replacement and is not designed specifically to work with lowering springs.

Also, I actually mistakenly purchased the wrong kit/part number which will not fit my vehicle and had to send it back to tire rack. When I realized the mistake the tire rack CSR was helpful in explaining what to do to return the purchased kit. Unfortunately, (TR) would not have the kit/part number that I needed, available again until 2022, so I had to order the kit from another vendor.

Excellent and fast way to purchase tires at a really great price compared to many other retail outlets. I also usually get my tires before scheduled or expected... and I always find what I'm looking for!

It was fast and easy to use. Had plenty of options.

For ordering I had several issues with phantom TPMS sensors staying in cart and problems with the shipping address. Paypal also added additional issues with it keeping a previous shipping address. I had to place the same order multiple times.

After hazarding my wife and son getting carsick riding in the back for a 90 mile drive, I also felt that the ride quality was off. (Going from stock 18" wheels and tires to 16" wheels/tires with higher sidewall should have softened the ride considerably instead of making it worse). It constantly felt like subtle bouncing underneath the car even on smooth roads. So I took my car to a shop to recheck the tire balance. Unfortunately, they found the driver side front and rear tires to be out of round. While there was no charge for this discovery, they couldn't offer any solution either. I'm hoping TireRack.com is able to help obtain warranty replacements for those two tires.

So Far So Good. Everyone was very helpful and went out their way to make the whole experience very easy and very timely.

I purchased a set of tires that was not specifically set to my cars standards, so as soon as i placed the order, Isaac reached out to me asap to verify that these were the tires i wanted, since they weren't what the car's specs called for. He actually helped me to understand why i needed to get an XL tire for my Benz and not the standard. On top of that, he found me another style and brand of tires that was a bit cheaper, but were a good sound brand for what i was looking for and took care of me asap!
I truly appreciate his amazing customer service and helpfulness. I dont know alot about specs on tires, but i do NOW, thanks to Isaac! Thank you for being awesome-5 Stars from me!

I had my tires shipped to my local Tires Plus for installation.

Ordering online was so simple. I just had to decide on which official installer and that's it.
