Very easy to navigate the web site. I elected to pick tires up at a distribution center which resulted in additional savings. The tires were ready for pick up within a few hours of when I ordered them. The pick went smoothly after some initial problems getting through on the posted phone number. A promotional gift card was involved and Tire Rack quickly provided me details on how to apply for the card. I had my local shop mount the tires while they did other maintenance work on the car. I will likely look to Tire Rack next time for tires for my truck.
