Ordered a tire for a Christmas gift and it was here the next day.
I placed an order and had chosen a tire that didn't match the OEM tire, Tire Rack reached out to me via email and let me know, it was great customer service.
I placed an order over the weekend (#GU*******) for delivery to the first/recommended installer that appeared for my location. Unfortunately, when I went to select an installation date, I learned that they couldn't do it for more than two weeks after the tires would be delivered. I then sent an email to Tire Rack explaining this and the order was inexplicably cancelled. I called customer service to clarify and the person I spoke with was surly and completely unhelpful.
After trying to tell me it was my fault, she said she would put me through to sales, leaving me in an interminable hold.

No issues with the site or purchase. When I arrived at the warehouse I called the number that was posted. The lady informed me that it would take 15-20 minutes to receive my tires. I waited over an hour and had to call back twice unfortunately.
