Quick and easy. Delivered to my Mechanic. Installed and back on the road...

I submitted a claim to tire rack when I drove through construction and got a hole in my tire. I spoke with a representative before calling a tow truck as i did not have a spare and they told me that all I needed to do was to submit my receipt that stated that my tire was replaced and that it was not fixable, which I did. They came back a few weeks later it stating that I replaced my tire without authorization even though their representative said was the one that told me that all I needed to do was submit a receipt. Terrible communication between their representatives and their protocols. I would not have put on a tire if I was told I was not going to get reimbursed. Go with someone else such as firestone or midas or any other place that honors their warranty.

It's always easy navigating your website for what I need. This was super easy. I found what I need easily, placed my order and literally got it the next day.

Too early to tell, online ordering was easy and the tires were delivered when promised.

Pricing was $75 less than the local tire shop and the dealer. This included shaving the tires to match my current ones. Would have been $100 without the shaving which is a service that only tire rack offered. The chat folks were awesome help as well.

Fast, easy, accurate, predictable, No upselling or revisions, just premium tires for a fair price. I also got complimentary road hazard warranty, which is usually quite a haggling point at tire stores. I had them shipped to my installer so I wouldn't even have to handle them, and the installation price was announced right at checkout. Excellent hassle free way to buy tires and have them installed.
