When I set up the install it was a 9am Sunday appointment at Pep Boys. I reached out to Pep Boys to confirm. They said they wouldn't be able to mount my tires that day. Tire Rack's customer service went out of their way to find other installers for me available on a Sunday and would credit me to the original price I agreed on. Amazing customer service.

I recently tried to order a set of Michelin tires through TireRack (November 2021) The order was placed into backlog more the 5 times with each new deadline coming then getting pushed out by weeks, literally 1 day before the tires were set to arrive. The last order was being pushed from January 17th to February 18th 2022 (3 months for my initial purchase).
Ultimately I cancelled my order as I felt scammed by TireRack.
The online shopping experience was excellent due to Tire Rack's super convenient website. The product reviews and ratings were helpful in selecting my tires.
