I wanted to order 5 of a closeout wheel. The system would only let me order 4 of one color, and 1 of another color. Being that they were closeout, I was okay with this, for the price I was paying. Within an hour of ordering, I got a phone call from Tirerack. They noticed the discrepancy and wanted to let me know, they could get the matching 5th wheel. They made the change and I love my new wheels!

Same as always. This is at least the 6th time I've bought tires from Tire Rack, and all other orders were flawless. I work for a new car dealer and I can buy tires cheaper from Tire Rack than I can from work with my employee discount. AND get them faster. Had I bought my tires from where I work it would have cost over $40 additional for two tires and the estimated delivery date was 6 days later. But I received my tires 4 days earlier than Tire Rack estimated, so I may have received them 10 days earlier than had I bought them at work and used my employee discount, even though we should keep them in stock since we sell and service the car I own.

It took me a minute to navigate through the search options, but did find what I was looking for. The Delivery was pretty fast and I was able to schedule the install in just a couple days; worked fine for me.
Experience with the Tire Rack was very nice. Installer did quality work, I just wish they had longer (cheaper) long term tire re-balance terms.
