There was an issue with my order, someone called me to fix the situation. I missed the call because I was at work but getting back in touch with them was actually very easy, the situation was fixed and the delivery was fast.

I easily found my previous order to find exactly what I needed.

The price estimate on your website to have the tires installed on the rims was $20 more at Bergstrom. I even brought the wheels in for them to swap tires on and overall the online price was a lot lower than actual. I asked Bergstrom about that and they said their price has been $109 forever. It would be nice if the online price that you select the installer below closer to what actual price is. By the time is all said and done getting the tires mounted and balanced on the wheels without even putting them on the car was right around $130. So it'd be nice if those prices were updated periodically to reflect actual. Other than that it was a good experience, very surprised how quick they sent the tires to the installer. Was like next day they were there. So next week I'll put them on the car and see how they feel. I will definitely order future tires from tire rack.com.
