I ordered my tires and rims based off Tirerack's recommendations. After I placed the order I realized the tire size wasn't ideal for the rim size. I called, was assured they got the order stopped and changed, although that didn't end up happeneing. The tires and rims shipped. To resolve the issue I had to order the tire size I wanted, and will have to return the first set of tires shipped.

This is my second time using tire rack online. The first time I bought Vredesteins for my 1979 Land Rover Series III. The process was streamlined and shipping was fast, so I decided to come back now that I need tires for my 2008 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti.

Ordering process is very easy, to the point. Upon arrival, the associates great you, check you in and begin the process. Its that simple. Its a great process.

I've bought tires for 1996 Miata and 2015 Chrysler 300 through Tirerack for a couple of years and their service has been great. I really appreciate that they know which mechanics near me are most likely to be reliable for installation work. I just had my first warranty claim, and it has been handled quickly and pleasantly!

The Tire Rack.com website has always been easy to use. I even recently had a Road Hazard claim and the process couldn't have been smoother, and the Service Rep was great to work with.

Warranty is costly and difficult if you install the tires yourself. They need paperwork from a tire installer which doesn't apply to me. So they are just stealing money from me with no recourse. Would rather save the money up front. Bad idea Tire Rack. Charlie Munger (Warren Buffet's partner) said insurance is just for poor people who can't afford the risk of loss.

Shipping was quicker than expected. Made a return Do to fitment without an issue. Disclaimer: You need to know their policy! You can do a suspended fit to check clearances, but once the weight of the car is on the tires and/or you drive on them the return policy is void. I hope this helps someone.

Whenever my customers need tires, I always order them through tire rack. I get great service quick delivery and the products are always good. I've had no complaints with them even their tire and wheel packages that I've ordered for my own vehicles. Keep up the good work respectfully Nicholas.

Purchased my tires after much reviewing other websites etc. ended up here at tirerack.com, Tires have made two cross country trips and then some well worth the price that is very competitive

I've purchased from Tire Rack for years. With free shipping and the ability to select an installer knowing fees is why I keep buying thru Tire Rack. This is my first Road Hazard claim. Very easy process?

Buying from tirerack was smooth and effortless. Their tire buying guide was great for finding what tires fit my truck and what sizes did not. I received the tires very quickly with no problems at all.

Just a few clicks and the tires will be here tomorrow. Now I can forget about it because I know Tire Rack will deliver on their promises.

I called tire rack on 09/23/2025 at 11:42am... 1-800 number. A young man answer and i said good morning, how are you?... silence... i said hello?. He said hello... i would like to place a order... he said ill switch you over... on your end it hung up.

I bought 3 tires earlier this year and had a road hazard claim that I submitted and was taken care of without any problems. The claim was filed sometime in the end of June or the beginning of July 2025.

I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear Wrangler Steadfast HT XL nearly 2 years ago and fortunately the Hazard insurance was included at no additional cost. One of the tires was damaged beyond repair last week and a replacement was approved after speaking with a customer support representative for 5 minutes. The process could not have been easier.
