Display actual part numbers would be nice. When I placed the order for the sets, the part numbers of the pieces that make up the sets was not displayed. Therefore I could not check that the sets were made up of the correct pieces

Easy to use site. Easy purchase experience at a good price. Poor choice on installation company. They got tires on time although did not commit to the appointment made on line. Installer although a tire store did not have the ability to lift a Tesla to change the tires. Had to find a different installer.

Tucker was great in helping me locate my prior purchased tires when one had a nail, and the website was very easy to navigate from there.
I purchased 4 new replacement tires for my wife's vehicle. The tires were mounted an balanced at the dealership. The new tires didn't feel right. I had them road-forced balanced to help determine the issue; 3 of the 4 were out of spec. This has happen before and tire rack had exceptional customer service which is why I continue to use them; they sent me new tire which the checked the road force before shipping them and refunded in full all my expenses. This time around the customer service rep was very nice even when it was the end of her shift. Everything as before has happened, however, I still haven't received my credit for my expenses. It has been two weeks, may It will take a little longer?
