Ease of use and predicted fast service. I made a mistake ordering and Tire Rack caught it and suggested a correction before the tire shipped. So kiddos! The only issue was with FedEx dropping off my tire at the wrong place. But the mistake was corrected within hours so all good! Perhaps a signature should be required?

Quick and easy. Just have to coordinate a scheduled appointment. One thing that bothered me was my package was split into 2 packages of 2 tires and I was not told by Tire Rack or FedEx. NTB had to tell me and they didn't know if the second set was coming in. I feel like an email telling me my package was split would've really helped. I did however end up getting all 4 eventually. This explains why the products and services are at 2 stars.
