Very user friendly. Real quick delivery but I would have preferred delivery to a Firestone shop located on a military base (Ft. Meade, MD) but it was not listed; thus I had them delivered to another Firestone shop in Odenton, MD and I am not at all pleased with the installation and improper balancing. I have an appointment with the Firestone located on the military post for proper balancing.
Maybe I didn't pay attention that I could have requested any location for delivery, and simply went by the recommended locations listed.
The experience was very fast and easy. Could not have been better! Thanks
