I called tire rack on 09/23/2025 at 11:42am... 1-800 number. A young man answer and i said good morning, how are you?... silence... i said hello?. He said hello... i would like to place a order... he said ill switch you over... on your end it hung up.
I bought 3 tires earlier this year and had a road hazard claim that I submitted and was taken care of without any problems. The claim was filed sometime in the end of June or the beginning of July 2025.
I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear Wrangler Steadfast HT XL nearly 2 years ago and fortunately the Hazard insurance was included at no additional cost. One of the tires was damaged beyond repair last week and a replacement was approved after speaking with a customer support representative for 5 minutes. The process could not have been easier.
