Easy, fast, no-brainer. Great customer service. Web and email communications are very efficient. Cant imagine buying tires and wheels elsewhere. Even my local tire and auto repair shop recommends it!

So far so good let's see if they arrive on time. Arrived on time next update will be if I have issues with tires, which hopefully I won't.

Everything is so easy and intuitive. They also seem to anticipate questions you might have and provide answers through pop up windows before you even ask. As a Canadian customer it is even nicer to have all taxes & duties collected on the spot ahead of time with no surprises at the border.

Tirerack.com has all the data I needed to select the tires I want, plus easy-to-follow and quick transaction online. I've been buying from here since 2002.

The installer Tires Plus weren't helpful last time I ordered tires. They didn't install, acted like they weren't making money. Tire Rack gave this tires plus a seal of approval. Let's see this time.

Easy peasy, The tire technician I talked to was very helpful and helping me choose these tires I'm very satisfied with them. I had the original triple trade assurance but they don't make that anymore so I got the sport assurance all season. These tires are for my wife's car and she does a lot of traveling in the city And they give me peace and mind knowing that she has good tires. People will actually try to talk me down in tires because we have just a basic commuter car but I like to have the best tires available they're the only thing keeping The car on the road And keeping my family safe.

I ordered Michelin All Season 4 ZP (run flat) tires in 235/45R18 and 285/35R19 for my 2008 Corvette. I'd spent days trying to find these tires locally. Tire Rack had them in their Connecticut warehouse and they were delivered to the recommended installer two days after I ordered them.

My only complaint was with the installer recommended by Tire Rack. They booked me in for installation the day after the tires arrived but when I got there, they looked at the tires, apparently for the first time, and said they couldn't install them because they were too wide to fit on their machine. The tires wouldn't fit in my car so I had to go home and return with my truck. Several local shops wouldn't touch the tires either because of their size, the fact that they weren't purchased there or because they were run flats. Once I found a tire shop willing to install them, I had to deliver the tires to the shop in my truck and come back with my car for installation. Not difficult, but time consuming - provided you have another vehicle big enough to transport the tires

Bottom line: double check with the recommended installer before placing your order.

As of now l would rate Tire rack 6 stars, but unfortunately there isn't one. In all my dealings with Tire rack l didn't have any issues whatsoever and to top it off they will help you to select your products to give you the best option. Keep up the good work Tire rack, I'll be back soon.

I inadvertently ordered 2 sets of wheels and called rep. And he took care of problem quickly and thoroughly.

Great to do business with Tire Rack, supply deliveries are sketchy for everyone these days. CS was cool and professional with my constant checking. Information was current, honest and dependable making it easy to manage options. Thanks CS staff at Tire Rack.

Clancy was a Big help, Thank You! Tires were at the Firestone center timely. I would ask that Tire Rack remove Firestone service center of Mount Dora from their list of installers. I grabbed my tires and went to have them installed somewhere else. Shady people!
