I like the independant testing performed by Tire Rack

I wish the "Q" Codes were more reliable/accurate/informative. It is important to make Brand comparisons. I realize that TIRE RACK is not responsible for the creation of the 'Q' Codes. I have used TIRE RACK at least 3 times. Each time, the service and product were a '10 out of 10'.
On 1 occasion, the local installer accidently damaged the inflation sensor that registers 'low tire pressure' on the dashboard. They 'made good' on a replacement.

Quick and easy ordering. Mobile installation excellent.

The pads have been delivered but not yet installed. When looking for installers on Tire Rack the ones that showed up were not necessarily for brake pads but, rather, tires. Installers should match product that was purchased.

Very easy and I appreciate it! The website was very user friendly. I could compare options and pricing as well as 2 year tire warranty and rebate.

I ordered 4 new tires and had them delivered to a certified installer. The installer then told me they were too big for his equipment. So I had to go pick them up, drop them off to the Lamborghini dealership, then go get my car and drop it off.
Long story short I would call the certified installer BEFORE you have the tires delivered.
I'm still giving this site 5 stars because they called me to give me a list of installers and that was nice.

Got assistance from your rep. And they recommended the wrong size. Got 17's but needed 18's. Had to reorder and wait for replacement, and ship originals back. Taking another week before I can drive my car
