It was a year ago prior to this purchase. I really like the ratings comparison s and classification of tires for comparison. I usually have a good idea what i want for my application but like to see performance comparisons.

I had a great experience with Tire Rack. I purchased a set of discontinued tires that were listed as being about 3 years old—something I was fine with given the discounted availability. To my surprise, when they arrived, the manufacture date showed they were only about a year old! Same price, newer tires, and fast shipping. Couldn't be happier with the quality and honesty of the service. Highly recommend checking them out for hard-to-find or discontinued models.

TireRack has thankfully been consistent all these years that i've been ordering from them. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and their research makes life easier for me and makes for good reading occasionally. They've consistently delivered a wonderful experience and I am very happy to do business with you all.

Had great luck with purchasing a full set of winter rims and tires, coming pre-balanced. Unfortunately picked up a bend due to a pothole the other week but happy to be returning and able to replace the damaged one with a single rim purchase, still in stock four years later.

Ght them. I tried talking to a customer service person but they weren't very helpful You should track down that conversation and probably find a new customer sevice person

It was fine... I like tire rack... I need to see what is covered for Tire Rot etc... I barely drove my care because I have a company issued vehicle. I put less than 5000 miles a year on my BMW so I was scratching my head... you know what I mean?

It's refreshing to find a website the works so smoothly. Step by step ordering instructions that anyone can navigate. And on-line or phone support readily available if needed.

Always great! Needed a warranty replacement. Smooth process. I just started it, so I will update upon completion of the refund and timing. I will be very surprised if it's within 30 days.
