I've used Tire Rack for many years and always been satisfied. The first issue on this order was that the text updates for delivery status did not work. They could not tell me why. The number was correct. My 4 tires arrived in 3 shipments spread over 4 days. When it looked like one tire was lost Tire Rack said they would send another one. The delivery problems were on FedEx - not Tire Rack.
