Great job. If you want someone to rate their experience: you shouldn't tell them they have to use 50 words or more. That's definitely not a good way to have people participate in your surveys, a good way to have people participate in your surveys would to make it easier for them also their experience would go much smoother and probably be overall more satisfied.

Haven't had tires installed by Tyre Rack for a number of years, although I used them consistently about 20+ years ago.
Liked their computerized tire selection guide; I wanted very good tires for my 2013 Tesla even though it has more than 194,000 miles on it—something another company didn't understand.
Only 1 minor problem: tires were delivered under inflated because "we're not allowed to put in 45#" even though that is factory recommended cold tire pressure in this car. Instructed to further inflate myself using their outside air source, but that was "parked in" by other customers.
I like to be able to select the brand and tread, as well as review the tire I select. Been using this service for decades and never had a bad experience.

While the tires were delivered a day bc after the original quoted delivery date, Tire Rack is very reliable and I can always count on getting the exact tire I need at the best price. I especially like being able to compare Tire Rack national survey ratings and actual user ratings of tires.
Delivery date promised during selection was Tuesday, November 8th. After checkout and payment, delivery was Wednesday, November 9th. There should be consistency between delivery date during selection and delivery date after checkout.
Very convenient. Best prices. Note: for shipping to a tire installer, the business name must be entered into the "first name" field of the form. However, "last name" still requires an entry, otherwise, an error is indicated and the form will not process. It's a bit confusing. It would be better to select business or individual and after selection have the form default to one field for business name or two fields for first name / last name for individuals. Other than this the process and the online forms are very intuitive.
