Good pricing and installation options available. You guys never let me down. The installer charged me $20 for TPMS service on a vehicle that does not have TPMS. When I questioned the charge they told me it is part of the package. I mentioned that it is not a package in the pricing on TireRack, only itemized charges depending on the service required. I was told it had to be paid whether the vehicle has TPMS or not. This was very disappointing. This is the first time I have used a TireRack installer after several purchases and probably the last. Billing a customer for a service not required nor rendered is borderline criminal.

The checkout process was a bit confusing. It asked me to choose America's Tire which is fine, I like them anyway. It was part of the process saying to choose where you would like to ship the tires and asking for an address. Right below that it was asking for the billing address at the same time. I figured it out in the end. Still giving 5 Stars. If someone can make the text a bit more noticeable, would be fantastic for first time shoppers. Overall very pleased with TireRack

Ordered a set of snow tires and mounted new rims, took it the shop to get it installed and found out there was deep gashes on the driver's front right rim. At this point after waiting over a week for my appointment at the mechanic and with the snow storms already happening here, I had to install these in order to ensure my safety driving in the snow. I thought I could call customer service and with photos and statement from the mechanic that they could at least give some kind of discount to make up for their lack of quality control.

That was not the case. $1,179 later, a flawed front rim, NOTHING. No apologies, no discounts or replacements. We were hoping to get new rims for spring set of wheels next season but it's simply not worth the hassle we would likely have to deal with if they come damaged again.

If you choose to order from them, please open each one and inspect and contact immediately if needed. I should've done that before I took them in for install, too bad I only learned they were damaged on the spot, when it was already too late.

Safe to say, I won't be a returning customer. I refuse giving money to a business with this kind of service and bad quality control.
