I was a little skeptical of the whole process. Unfortunately, legit businesses on the internet have to be overshadowed by the hacks. Tire Rack was excellent. The minute I clicked submit, I got a phone call confirming my order because the tires I ordered were not the standard size for my vehicle. I was impressed. My tires were delivered to installer in less than a week and the installer got me scheduled within 3 days. Monro Auto did the installing, the price was as advertsed. I am very happy with my first experience. Got tires through Tire Rack that nobody else could get me.

Easy to order. Tire reviews and ratings were very helpful. Several excellent installers available in the Tampa area...one does performance alignments and rated 5 stars which was the ticket. Highly recommend Tire Rack.

Tires had very new date codes from this year. Very pleased. They even called immediately after I placed the order just to make sure that the tires were going to fit my car, since it was not a normal tire size (I have rims from a newer Crosstek on my old Outback, and was putting an extra wide tire on the rims). Very pleased, and I'm hard to please.

In addition to a wide selection of tires for my truck, I appreciate the research and testing which helped narrow my choices

Easy to navigate website. Price was very fair compared to other tires with the same rating. I also like the Tire Rack review video with each tire, made comparing and my decision much easier. Great job

First time using TireRack.Com and the process was as easy as it gets. Next hurdle is the installation. If that is as easy, I will be using TireRack.Com for every tire purchase.

Tires were delivered ahead of schedule

Installer did not have the time reserved on tirerack web page. Information was incorrectly entered by tirerack making it difficult for the installer to connect me with the tires. After waiting a full day the tires were installed and ride well.
