Place order on Tire Rack Site, super easy! Chose the shipping location at Americas Tire location closest to me. Tires delivered next day. I made an appt the next day and all went great...in and out in less than an hour. Thank you
Site is a little glichy. But was able to muddle through. Tires are delivered, haven't been able to inspect yet.
Very easy and fast! Shipping lable was destroyed during travel otherwise i would have recieved my tires next day. Thats not tire rack's fault.

Wonderful seeing the test results and graphs but disappointing they are not in stock locally. Everything was great except the shipper left the tires, late, outside the corner of our house and did not knock or ring the doorbell, despite us leaving a note. Tires could have easily been stolen. We were waiting for them all day. They sat out till I got home from work and were covered in snow. Otherwise, overall a great experience! The information and direct comparison testing made it a lot easier and more reliable to pick a tire for our diverse situation here in northern Nevada!

Incredibly easy. There seems to be a wide selection of tires available. The tires we chose were an uncommon European snow tire and certainly they had them in stock. I think working with Discount Tire in our town was very easy. I would certainly utilize the service again.
