Yet another great experience with Tire Rack

I really like the products on tire rack and the prices are respectable. Customer service was excellent. My ONLY issue is the fact that half my order was delivered on time and the other half was delivered a day late. This isn't a huge deal but I'm a little confused. I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific day. If you read the fine print, it says that it is very common to receive your orders on separate days even though it was shipped together. Very odd. In that case, I feel that half my delivery fee should be given back. I can't drive with just two front tires. Lame. Super lame.

I put these tires on my wife's Volvo XC40 to replace the factory set the car came with. We live in Upstate NY and need a little more traction in the snow. Two things I noticed right away. The sound of the road became quieter and the grip was noticeably better. I let the dealership with freezing rain and slush all over the roads. I could not get the car to slide (in a safe spot) without being extreme. The wife hates snow and ice so this should give her a reassurance of traction in the nasty weather.

Easy to us website unfortunately the Continental tires I keep buying wear out prematurely. This last set purchased in February 2022 only lasted 23k miles. Getting the run around about tread wear warranty. Tirerack says contact Continental, while Continental says contact the place of purchase (Tirerack) I used to get my tires from a brick and mortar (Firestone) shop but it's so far away and they would need to order the tires anyhow.
