I asked that my order be delayed a day to Friday. I happened to see Fed Ex arrive, but only had 2 tires.? On Saturday I was putting a letter in my mailbox and there right next to my garage were the remaining 2. It's good that I live in a good neighborhood or they might have been gone. It would be nice, and too much trouble to get a knock on the door. I know that doesn't have anything to do with Tire Rack, but maybe you could pass the word along. Thanks.

I needed help with an online order through affirm and couldn't figure out why my order wasn't processing. I called tire rack and wonderful woman named Jeanette really helped me out and walked me through it. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Delivery was extremely fast and I greatly appreciate their business.
So far, so good. This is my second time using tire rack and the first went well with delivery to a tire shop. This time I had home delivery to my backdoor and I had a better choice to bring my tires to my regular shop I use that wasn't on their list of shops. Tires look and ride well so far but I only reached speeds of 70 mph so I'll know more later. I chose a tire the rack sells and double checked ratings with Consumer reports first. The tread looks gnarly so I'm betting they'll be good in winter or March mud days.
