You know, when you put stupid limits on a text entry field like minimum characters? That's just pisses off your reviewer and they're likely to cancel the whole review because of it. IT needs to let someone else do user interaction design to make up for their incompetence. There is no goddamn reason a database submit needs 50 characters. You're just being $#*!s.
