Always a great shopping experience. My daughter needed tires in an emergency due to worn tires and nails in her tires. Was very dangerous for her to drive in snow. Ordered on Thursday, by Monday they were installed. Cheaper than buying them locally. Free shipping is by far the greatest perk. Less than 520 bucks for 4 new tires shipped AND installed. Can't beat that anywhere. Not even Costco it Walmart can match those prices.

Couldn't find winter tires for my car at any local dealers, but TireRack had several to choose from! The price seemed reasonable, and they had my order shipped out within hours of placing it. It arrived at my dealer/auto shop in half the promised shipping time, allowing me to choose a more convenient day for installation. What more is there to ask for?

I looked to buy new front tires for my SS Camaro. They came with $400+ Goodyear RunonFlat that ride rough and get terrible mileage. Tire Rack gave me a great deal on Pirelli all season tire that cost less than half the price of Goodyear's and ride so much better!

Easy to find tires size and make. Other's didn't have tires in stock and price was high.

I ordered online and was able to choose a place to have my tires delivered to and installed. Didn't have to worry about the tires sitting in front of my house. They were safely delivered to Stew, and when I was able to make it over there, they installed.

Tire Rack cannot be beat in this industry...period. I got the top rated touring tires for at least $200 less per set than I would have paid locally. They drive like a dream.

After placing the order in November number of excuses were given by Tirerack to delay the delivery. Finally, it was delivered on January 18. I chose a recommended installer who was an hour's drive from my place to get it installed. Since after installing these tires, the low-pressure indicator is always on. After checking the pressure refilling from many places I contacted Tire rack customer service again. However, instead of helping they suggested taking it to the dealer and absorbing the cost of the defective tires which they sent. They do not back up their products and slide additional charges to customers. Very sleazy practices, the worst experience ever. Please do not fall for their marginally lower sticker charge because you may end up with a whole lot of headache and money to make it right. I will go for a local garage or mechanic in the future. Stay away from scams.

It can't get any easier! I purchased my 4th set of wheel/snow tire combinations. This time for an Audi Q7 with 285/40/21 tires. No one really makes a serious snow tire that size. Tire Rack simply does the math and you purchase a 18"-19" Blazzak which is a much less expensive combo ($1790) vs ($3600-4800) for the Audi all season. Their all season ISN'T a real snow/ice tire. Delivery was 48 hours to central Wyoming. Way to go Tire Rack!

Bulbs were broken during transit. I worked with Molly at Tire Rack and she sent me replacement bulbs at not additional cost. I am very satisfied with the service Tire Rack provides.
