After alot of research I decided on Michelin tires and placed my order on Friday morning. I didnt expect to receive the tires until Mon/Tues the following week however I was pleasantly surprised when I came home Saturday afternoon to find them on my doorstep.
My technician (husband) installed them the next day and enjoying the peace of mind ever since.
Gill was helpful as I was making my decision for these tires including delivery for installation.
I wanted a very specific tire and one of the major tire stores couldn't get it and also wanted 15% more. Tire rack gave me the best price and had it at my door the next day. Very pleased.
My first wheel was faulty and they got into replacement and sending the new wheel on its way even though i wasn't able to answer the phone right away, came next day. Would recommend 10/10 for customer service and efficiency.

Was straight forward and easy. I called and spoke with the consultants when I had my tire selection down to the top 2. They were extremely helpful and assisted me in making my final decision. I'm very happy with the outcome, couldn't have been better.
Easy navigation and no shipping with a rebate! Quick delivery to tire kingdom! I had an appointment at noon for tire installation but didn't get in until 1:30 which is horrible customer service
