Website was easy to use. Tire tach had the model of Michelin tire that I was told by other dealers was discontinued. I needed only two tires and wanted them to match existing tires on my vehicle. I literally ordered them one day and received them the very next day! Wow, that is excellent service!

Overall a great experience, but the communication from Tire Rack was non-existent after the sale. The installer I chose never received a correspondence telling them the tires were on the way…nor did I. I had to search my order on the site to get tracking. Other than that it was really good.
