Signed up for the texting alerts for delivery to the store. Never received any texts. Used email tracker to see they were picked up. Checked email again the next day and site said my order didn't exist. Called the store on Mon morning and found out the tires were delivered on Sat, 2 days earlier. What gives!
It's easy, I like having options to oder tires, name brand or brand name and I choose where to get them installed. However, I am having a hard time finding a good, reliable, honest tire place in my area. Not sure why tire places here can't get it together.

Navigating your website was not user friendly
Had the tire brand/model I needed to replace 2 of 4 tires,yet keep them all the same. Although I bought 2 of these tires 6months ago from Walmart and they were $25 cheaper then. Guess thats Bidenomics for ya.

Quick ordering and a lot of information when when researching tires. Order was for a vehicle not listed on their site (Mahindra Roxor LE) and they called to make sure they were correct size for the vehicle.

One of the best website buying experiences ever! Little disappointed that my order was delivered in two shipments. 3 tires next day and the other several days later. Know this happens but I was not made aware of this until the partial delivery was made.

The website was acting up, freezing and giving false messages about distribution center availability. Worse was the Chat Pop-Up getting in the way while I am trying to order. At least ten time.
