I think you should be prompted to input your account info earlier in the buying process. I tried in the billing portion but was lead to believe I didn't have an account so made one then was reminded that I already had one but my phone had already chosen a new password so not I can't log in without a whole process taking me off you site and that's a chance I'd just not buy the tires wondering if there was a better price for account holders.
