Easy and great you have my tires, and got them on sale, and even better Pepp boy had them a day earlier thanks to you and installed for 30$ and tires rotated one stop shopping.

Ordering tires while out of town was so easy and effortless. Ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. How easy is that?

Tire Rack shipped out fast, but shipping through fed ex is a joke. I ordered tires on July 17th, and it is July 31st and still no update through fed ex when they will be delivered. Fed ex sucks!. UPS they would have been here already.

Very straight forward. Easy to navigate. Once I decided on the wheels I wanted. They where at door on two days.

Experience was nice and easy. However, the location that was recommended by tire rack and place where the tires were installed was not so good. Place was called Riverview tire and service. They dont do appointments, dont offer any kind of warranty on the balance or alignment and left my car dirty.

Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy as far as delivery and installation. 2nd time ordering these bfg tires and I really like them. I'd give them 8.5 out of 10 all around. They're really sticky, so much so that you can hear the sticky on the road and that noise is why they get knocked down a bit on my score chart. Performance is great though and they hug the road in corners nicely and grip pretty good. I have a 320hp/300tq FWD car on 91 oct and 380hp/400tq on e85 and traction is lacking on any tire except drag radials, but these do as well as any summer tire with the added benefit of being good in the rain. They handle perfect on 91 oct and only slip in 1st, but on e85 they'll spin all the way through 2nd at WOT in my application.

Went well like how easy it was to order and only take 3 days to arrive.

I wonder how they get the tires that are longer manufactured?

Easy to navigate site, very easy to find the right tire size for vehicle

Received half the order (2 tires) quickly but the other half took an entire week to receive them. I used the chat several times and nobody knew where the tires were at even though the tracking would update daily. Supposedly it was the shipper's fault. Either way I was frustrated with the entire process.

Tire Rack's site is easy to navigate through and find what you're looking for. They don't start sending loads of spam after you check them out either. I have gotten 2 sets of tires from them and always get them in less than a week.
